6. Submitting other content to the Digital Library

The Digital Library (DL) collects links to digital objects that can include text (documents), video and audio material, websites etc. focused on chronicity.

To submit content to the DL, please click on OTHER CONTENT menu of the left hand side of the screen where you will be allowed to link any document relevant to improve chronic care (see the screenshot below).

Step 1: Select the type of content for your practice assessment

First, you will be asked to select the Type of contentdepending on whether the content you are going to submit is associated with a practice already submitted. You will only be allowed to submit associated content linked to the practices you authored (see screenshot below). Once, you have selected the Type of content, click on NEXT’ button to continue.

NOTE: All content submitted will be supervised by the Help Desk manager staff following the Editorial Policy for the CHRODIS Platform, before publication.

For ‘Independent content’:

Please, fill out the fields regarding the Title of the content and select Area of Interest and Chronic condition (see screenshot below).

You can continue completing the form clicking on the ‘NEXT’ button until you finally submit it for supervision.

For ‘Associated content’:

You will be asked to provide a Title for the new content you intent to submit and then, select the targeted practice you want to associate.

You can continue completing the form clicking on the ‘NEXT’ button until you finally submit it for supervision.

 

Note that fields marked with a ‘*’ are required in order to continue.

Additional information can be display by hovering your mouse over the ‘i’ icons next to each field.
